# Shops & Items

How browsing and buying work in BloxRoar Shopping.

BloxRoar Shopping is built around the idea of a shopping destination with a style focus. This page explains how shopping is meant to work.

{% hint style="info" %}
The store is under active development. Items and categories marked **Coming soon** are planned but not available yet.
{% endhint %}

## Browsing

Walk around the store to look at what's on offer. Shops are grouped so you can find what you're after.

## Planned shop categories

| Category                    | Status      |
| --------------------------- | ----------- |
| Clothing and outfits | Coming soon |
| Accessories                 | Coming soon |
| Featured and trending items | Coming soon |
| Shop directory              | Coming soon |

## Buying items

Purchases in Roblox experiences use Robux. Robux purchases happen through Roblox's own purchase window, which always asks you to confirm before anything is charged.

{% hint style="success" %}
Never share your Roblox password or login code with anyone. BloxRoar staff will never ask for it.
{% endhint %}

## Something wrong with a purchase?

If an item doesn't show up after you buy it, rejoin the game first. If it's still missing, ask for help in the [Discord server](/docs/links.md) and include what you bought and roughly when. For billing issues, contact Roblox Support directly, since Roblox processes all Robux payments.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://bloxroar.gitbook.io/docs/shops-and-items.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
